A digital era for Cup Week tickets

As we continue to enhance your experience here at Addington Cup Week, we have made an important change to our hospitality ticketing process.

This year, instead of receiving printed tickets on a lanyard by courier, your digital tickets will be delivered to you via email.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Online Purchase: Hospitality tickets can now be purchased online, making the booking process quicker and easier for you.
  • Ticket Delivery: You will receive an email closer to the event date which contains your digital tickets. This will contain all information on how to use your digital tickets, or how to transfer to your guests.
  • Easy Access: Digital tickets can be easily accessed on your smartphone, simply present at entry gates on the day. If preferred, you can print your ticket at home.
  • Wristbands: After your digital ticket is scanned at the main gate, you’ll head to your hospitality area where your ticket will be scanned again. At this point our staff will provide you a wristband for access.
  • Environmentally Friendly: By moving to digital tickets, we are reducing the need for single use plastic cards. While you will still receive a wristband upon arrival, eliminating mailed lanyards significantly cuts down on paper and plastic waste.

We believe this change will provide you with a more seamless experience at Addington Cup Week. You can easily view our hospitality packages on offer from 4 July.
