Addington will be turning on the glitz and glamour for Ladies Night.
Get ready ladies… gather your group for an experience like no other. Addington Raceway will be hosting an exciting evening with plenty of entertainment, giveaways, a fashion competition with fabulous prizes up for grabs, all to the backdrop of thrilling harness racing action.
THE CROSSING LADIES’ NIGHT FASHION SHOW
The Crossing Ladies’ Night Fashion Show – this is your chance to make the whole place shimmer! The category is ‘Glitz and Glamour’! As this is an evening event, think shiny and sparkly. Thanks to the The Crossing, we’ve got an awesome $500 voucher to The Crossing up for 1st and 2nd place winners! Note: You must have already purchased a ticket to Ladies’ Night to be eligible to enter.
Race day fashion is very simple but elegant. Plan your outfit in advance as judges will be awarding points for cohesiveness and thought that has gone into the outfit. A headpiece is a great way to co-ordinate an outfit together but take into consideration how your hair will sit with the headpiece.
Judges will be looking for a unique look that stands out from the crowd. As this is a night event, outfits should have sleeves and closed-toe shoes. Sequins and feathers are very suitable for this theme.
You will never get judged on your age, size, or your looks. At Addington Raceway we encourage everyone to enter the fashion competition and support each other through this process.
Key timings: 5pm – Competition opens
After race 3 – Judging closes, finalists contacted
7:30pm – Fashion Finals – On Stage

FREE CAR PARKING
There are two entrances to Addington Raceway, Whiteleigh Avenue and Wrights Road. If there is an event at Apollo Projects Stadium and/or Wolfbrook Arena, please advise the car parking attendant you are going to the races and access to the car park will be granted.

ATM machines are located outside Spectators internal entrance on the ground floor and in the foyer on levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Metropolitan Stand.
