Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions – IRT NZ Trotting Cup Day Competition

1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Addington Raceway & Events Centre (“the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
Entries open at 10:30am Tuesday 11 November 2025 and close at 11:59pm Tuesday 11 November 2025 (“Competition Period”).
3. Eligibility
•Entry is open to all attendees of the 2025 IRT New Zealand Trotting Cup Day.
•Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
•Employees of Addington Raceway & Events Centre, its associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, attendees must complete the competition entry form available on course during the Competition Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
•Two tickets to the 2025 Show Day Twilight Races in the Silks Lounge (Friday 14 November 2025), including full hospitality.
•Two tickets to the 2026 IRT NZ Trotting Cup Day in a premium all-inclusive hospitality area (Tuesday 10 November 2026, package details TBC).
•Two tickets to the 2025 Christmas at Addington — Christmas Cracker package on Oaks & Derby Race Night (Friday 21 November 2025).
•Sponsor for a Night package for 2026, including: race naming rights, Trackside Dining for six (full hospitality), IRT Mobile ride, IRT Stables tour, winning photo, and celebration drinks in the Breckon Winning Owner’s Bar (date TBC).
•Two tickets to a 2026 Trackside Dining experience (date TBC).
6. Prize Conditions
•Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
•Travel and accommodation costs are not included unless specified.
•Prize dates are subject to change at the discretion of the Promoter.
•If a winner cannot attend on the specified date, the prize will be forfeited and may be redrawn.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be drawn by random selection and notified via email or phone within five business days of the competition closing. Winners may also be announced on Addington Raceway’s social media channels.
8. General
•By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to receive communications from Addington Raceway relating to the competition.
•The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides false information.
•The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
•By accepting a prize, winners agree to take part in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, including the use of names and images for publicity purposes.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with Addington Raceway’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
