Nik Rush

Nik started his 26-year retail career as an Accessory Designer/Buyer and Stylist that evolved into a passion for Store Design, Interiors and brand aesthetics moving across and building his career to Global Exec GM Store design and Visual merchandising. His time at Rodd & Gunn has seen him evolve the design of all stores and restaurants/bars globally that now includes the UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, USA, Australia and NZ.

His meticulous eye for good design along with the ability to pick high quality materials has allowed Nik to let his creativity flow into the lodge aesthetic that Rodd & Gunn is synonymous with. Overseeing all store visual merchandising with his global team executing his vision is another creative outlet for Nik and it’s his decisions around what customers physically see and experience that drive people into the Rodd & Gunn stores and keeps them lingering longer.

Lara Olsen

Lara is the Manager of Juliette Hogan in The Crossing and brings over ten years of experience in New Zealand’s fashion retail industry. She is passionate about creating genuine, meaningful connections and takes pride in helping her clients feel confident, stylish and celebrated through fashion. With a strong background in luxury retail and an eye for detail, Lara’s expertise spans personal styling, customer experience and brand representation. Her love of design extends beyond fashion into interiors, where she continues to refine her creative eye and appreciation for aesthetics.

Gemma Kirk

Gemma is a wife, mother, artist and last year’s winner of The Crossing Fashion Competition. She has competed internationally in the pageant world, featured in Cantabrian Magazine, and a model who is currently the face of NZ’s acclaimed brand, Dark Hampton. Her name is synonymous with racing style, and her classic ensembles have been the inspiration for many contestants who are new to the fashion competition game. She was recently a featured style panelist at the charitable Hats and High Tea event where she spoke on her style history and helped to raise funds for Dress for Success Christchurch. Gemma Kirk is a true advocate for uplifting NZ fashion.
