Welcome to Chunky’s Smoker & Outdoor Bar – Addington’s ultimate warm-weather hangout. Proudly partnered with The Rock and Heartland Chips, this relaxed garden bar delivers bold flavours, cold drinks, and unbeatable race-night atmosphere.

At the heart of Chunky’s is our own on-site smoker, serving up low and slow smoked meats packed with rich, smoky flavour. It’s hearty, generous food designed for sharing and perfect alongside a cold beer or glass of wine as the races unfold.

Set in an outdoor garden bar right beside the Lawn, Chunky’s offers prime viewing near the winning post, so you can soak up the action just metres from the track. The outdoor bar serves a range of beers (including our exclusive Hazy, The Trots) plus wine and other favourites to keep things flowing all evening.

Open September through April, Chunky’s is made for warm nights at the track. With its casual vibe and open-air setting, it’s ideal for work groups, friends, and family gatherings looking for a laid-back yet lively race-night experience.
