Media Accreditation

Media Accreditation applications for Addington Cup Week 2025 are now open. Please complete the application form below prior to Tuesday 14th October. We will be in contact shortly regarding your acceptance.

Please note:

  • Media Passes are issued to WORKING MEDIA and cover both IRT New Zealand Trotting Cup Day (Tuesday 11 November) and the Show Day Twilight Races (Friday 14 November) at Addington
  • There are NO media pass pick-ups on the day
  • Only online applications will be accepted
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Please upload an image of yourself to be printed on the media pass. All Addington Cup Week passes will feature a headshot of the pass holder along with their name and organisation. Addington reserves the right to request another photo should the one you submit be deemed to be unacceptable.

Will you be using wireless frequencies while at Addington Cup Week?
Note: Any person or organisation wishing to use radio equipment with wireless frequencies during Addington Cup Week 2025 MUST tick yes here. Consider all radio equipment that you may require, such as radio microphones, comms, wireless camera links etc. You do not need to declare cell phones and WiFi equipment. If you are unsure whether you require a radio frequency during Addington Cup Week 2025, please tick yes and we will contact you to ascertain your requirements. Anyone using incorrect frequencies or undeclared equipment during Addington Cup Week 2025 will have their equipment shut down in order to protect other users. This will be strictly enforced.
