Can we bring our own prizes?
Absolutely – you’re welcome to supply your own prizes to give away on the night.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted to be consumed on site. Spectators Bar has a fantastic menu and fully licensed bar available for your guests throughout the evening.

Can we choose our own quiz categories or bring our own Quiz Master?
Yes! You’re welcome to request specific quiz categories to be included, or bring your own quiz and Quiz Master if you’d prefer to run it yourselves.

Is AV equipment available?
Yes, AV equipment is available on site. Please note that any additional equipment required outside of what is already available may incur a hire cost – our events team will advise you at the time of enquiry.

What nights are available?
Almost every Friday evening is unavailable due to racing at Addington. Get in touch with our events team to check availability and secure your preferred date.

Can you accommodate larger groups?
Spectators Bar comfortably hosts up to 150 guests, with flexibility depending on table setup. For larger events, additional rooms are available at Addington Raceway – just let us know your requirements when you enquire.
