Addington wish to acknowledge the ongoing support of owners by providing all individual owners with an Owners’ Pass.  The Addington Owners’ Pass will provide the following entitlements to all owners subject to the terms & conditions below:

  • Access to the IRT Stables
  • 20% discount in Spectators Bar and Bistro by showing your NZMTC membership card to the Spectators staff ^
  • An owners guest pass is also included, which enables access to the IRT Stables only
  • 10% off your parking at Airpark Canterbury Ltd*

The passes can be used at all NZMTC race meeting, however, they do exclude IRT NZ Trotting Cup Day.  Owners’ privileges for IRT NZ Trotting Cup Day are only available for Owners’ who have horses racing on the day and privileges are communicated via email the week prior.

How can I get an Addington Owners’ Pass?
All registered owner(s) of horses starting at NZMTC race meetings (except for IRT NZ Trotting Cup Day) will be able to collect their Owners’ Pass at the race day administration desk located on the ground floor foyer of the Metropolitan Stand.

After collecting your Owners’ Pass, your 20% discount in Spectators Bar and Bistro is available to you at all NZMTC race meetings, irrespective of whether your horse is racing or not (excluding IRT NZ Trotting Cup Day).

 

^ Excludes: any promotions/specials for food and beverage where no further discount applies, and IRT New Zealand Trotting Cup Day and the Show Day Races, and any other race meeting falling on a Public Holiday.

  • Adherence to the health and safety policies for owners, licence holders, patrons and horses are a priority for Addington. We thank you in advance for continuing to respect our stables policy of a maximum of 10 owners at a time visiting their horse(s) in the IRT Stables.
  • The Owners’ Pass is valid from 4 October 2019 through to 31 July 2024.
  • The Owners’ Pass is issued at the discretion of Addington and is not transferable.
  • NZMTC accepts no responsibility for previously issued card(s) that are misplaced, lost or stolen. Replacement card(s) will be issued at the sole discretion of NZMTC (charges may apply).
  • *Owners Pass card must be presented to be eligible for 10% discount at Airpark Canterbury Ltd.
