Thorough planning before an event is essential to ensure it runs smoothly and achieves your objectives.  Our professional Event Consultants can assist you in this process as much or as little as you require. We have extensive contacts within the industry and can incorporate the resources and expertise of specialist providers, depending on your needs. We can also assist you in the creative process, helping with ideas for themes, room decorations and the like, and make recommendations on the equipment, catering and staff to ensure a successful event.

Our production team have vast experience in the setup of events, including the implementation and/or operation of sound systems, lighting, projectors and screens, computers, video equipment, staging, display structures, dance floors etc.

Addington owns a range of equipment that can be incorporated into your hire package, however some events may require the services of specialist contractors.  In such instances we would be more than happy to liaise with them on your behalf.

Addington’s experienced catering team can provide everything from morning tea for 20, through to a seated dinner for 450.  You can choose from a selection of standard menus or work with our Executive Chef to create a tailored menu that meets your individual requirements.  Our Chef’s use the finest ingredients and our menus reflect seasonal foods.
